Overview
Phenolic resin is a thermoplastic resin commonly used in insulating laminates. Its excellent electrical insulation properties, chemical stability, and high-temperature resistance make it a popular choice for insulating laminates in electrical equipment, circuit boards, and other applications. Phenolic resin is typically combined with fiber materials (such as fiberglass cloth and paper) and processed through heat and high pressure to create a robust insulating laminate or component.
General properties
It provides electrical insulation, effectively preventing current conduction.
It maintains stability at high temperatures and is not easily melted or decomposed.
It exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion from corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis, and solvents.
It improves the mechanical strength and impact resistance of insulating laminates.

Applications:
Phenolic resin for insulating laminated materials is used in insulating and laminated materials. It has good processability and is widely used in insulating boards and color-coated steel plates.
Package:
P2325 is packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag, net weight: 25 kg/bag.
Y6124 and Y6145 are packaged in an iron drum, net weight: 200 kg/drum.
Storage:
Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place. Be careful not to damage the packaging, as it is susceptible to moisture and should be used immediately.
P2325 should be stored at a minimum height. Remove the wrapping film when the temperature exceeds 25°C. Storage is acceptable for 3 months at temperatures 25°C or below.
Y6124 and Y6145 can be stored for 45 days at temperatures below 15°C. Refrigeration is recommended when the temperature exceeds 30°.
